A lot of times this must have happened to all of us, after being indoors for hours you start to think somthing creative to do with the cam in the hand!!!
And u end up clicking shots of your fav cola or energy drink, deo cans , footwear , accessories, cellphones or for dat matter of the show piece your mom or aunt got from somwer!!!
so here are some of my fav pics..[these are some really old pics which i took from my point n shoot, and incidently its the same time i learned to use PS!!! so sorry if i went overboard :o ] :D

In the Red Bull photo have you duplicated the layer and then applied the blur filter and then multiplied the two layers? Just checking the method for the effect.

I wish somebody talked about these things and explained what it means. To me it sounds pure Mandarin!

thats photoshop

duplicated the layer to create an exact copy of the image within the same photoshop file.
applied blur to one of the layers to differentiate the two.
multiply is a blending technique in overlaying one layer on top of another - there are a lot of blending options and one of them is multiply - dunno its mathematics - someone more photoshoppy can help i guess. multiply on one blurred/one sharp layer will produce some good edge effects.
