Seeing the growing demand of the frequent Meets of the photographers from Bangalore, I decided to start a dedicated thread to this effect. Let us discuss the various meets and excursions that can be organised wherever and whenever it is done so.

Please do put up your posts and notifications regarding the meets here henceforth for the benefit of the other interested photographers.

I am also sticking it up on the bulletin board for easy reference.

White elephant! :D :D I liked that one!

Wanted to ask you, what is the minimum focusing distance of the white elephant?

Ps; Kites being chased by crows is a common sight!

@sURYA- Sirji you are setting benchmark which is hard to achieve. Have some pity on we poor chaps :( ....

Here are two from my side:

Your 2nd shot is terrific!

I am in the same league for having a Rocket Launcher, not the Rocket. You got a nuclear missile with a launcher.

Your 2nd shot is terrific!

Thanks Ken. I think I am the only one who liked the first one than second :o ..

I forgot to take a shot of Prakash with a Santro in his backpack.

If i would had that white elephant, I would surely need a mahawat to keep it on right track while i click. Looks way to heavy and probably needs hands made of steel. And Surya made it look like childs play, I was expecting it to be on tripods, but here he makes it look like some point and shoot kind of camera.
