its the use of LED sticks,Hula hoops,tires,torches,and each and every light imaginable.

Kenda - I used the emergency Chinese lights which are available everywhere now . I made it colourful by sticking small pieces of colored plastics over the bulb heads (colours like green,red ,orange and blue which you can cutout from polythene carry-bag plastics - should be a bit thick) and looked like this when I was midway :

Now I put the camera on tripod ,wine glass on a tool and then played on till I got a satisfactory result . Then just a bit of play with contrast and remove blemishes in PS thats it. So its simple no investment at all :)

^^ Yes Ken da, Chinese lights are awesome for this purpose. Cheap, light and easily flick-able. And, you need not be afraid of dropping them :D
