My works are mostly done using mobile phone camera or on point and shoot cameras. Please help me improve on my various shortcomings. I have done no PP except for two photographs since i don't know how to use any image editing software. Please help me by pointing out my mistakes.

There is no such thing as mistakes. With time you will learn the techniques of "interesting" framing, lighting and so on. This will come only with shooting a LOT of photographs. I can already see quite a few interesting shots like the kid sleeping, both Taj shots. You have to keep working to get at it. Afa PP is concerned, that comes with experimenting too.

Interesting start :)
I liked all your shoot outs, nice capture, you have good eyes to select the shot :)
Keep it up, Instruments only matter after the human intelligence. :)

Its really interesting to meet a guy who has a natural born eyes of a photographer.
You have it buddy, all you are lacking is good set of equipments. Sometimes short of equipments tighten your hands, even when you know what has to be done.

Compositionwise, I liked almost all of your shots. Technically you should follow a small workflow. e.g. the Taj mahal shot, there are overexposed white surfaces. The color/texture information there is totally lost which u cannot revive even in post processing. You should try your best to get original photos right. Take multiple shots in different settings.

A little more contrast/vividness may give more feel to the photos, but that again is highly dependent on the subject in composition.
Stay away from in-camera editing.

Benchmark yourself with some standards. How to do it? Simple, get inspired by some great photographer and try to mimic their shots. Nothing is impossible.

My 2 cents.

^^ I'll not give a straight reply, bcoz the best learning is self learning.

Think yourself- Does your shots looks as good as the ones posted by some great guys which makes your mouth open? Hunt the reason, and you yourself will get the answer.

Seeing the photos my mouth did not open.

:) i never expected to because when i joined this forum i was stunned by the quality of work posted by my friends!I think i can develop myself by observation but i have been always held back by lack of equipment and technical knowledge.
i will try hard to reach the level you guys have benchmarked.

P.S- The photo of the bubble among the leaves was the hardest photo to take. it took me hours since i was using my 3.2mp camera.

Roschmann,

Those are some great photographs there. Whatever shortcoming might be present technically, I really liked the composition, that too with limitation of your gear.
Keep going. Loved the shot of the kid sleeping.
