Sunny great job!! after xbhp for the bikers , "The Photographer" for us cam freaks is just the icing !!!
Name: Eshan Shetty
Profession: Student [getting my diploma in mechanical engineering]
Equipment: My First camera - Sony DSC P200 which started it all , and now after saving up months of pocket money i got a 350D a few days back!!
Lenses: As of yet none. Saving up for them :)
Favorite Subjects (of Photography): Well, any thing will do here, As most of the people here might agree, as long as you have a cam n the eye for it, You can have a blast. But then again, I prefer anything related to Automotive. Also love clicking Wildlife, people and Places.
Objectives: Photography is a serious hobby for me. I would love to see myself getting better at this and take some really good pics . For me it’s the photographer rather then his Equipment who’s responsible for great shots.[Then again there are some camera’s which seem to click awesome pics, like they have a mind of their own!! ]
Background: Haven’t always been a photographer. But It al started when my uncle got me a Point n shoot almost 3 yrs back. After that I jus fell in love with this art!! There have been times when I might have forgotten my cell or bike keys at home… but never my cam!!! Now a very important part of everyday life!! 3yrs used it and it gave me some really amazing shots. Used it to its full extent, then finally decided to upgrade. Saved money for a really long time, cutting down on trips to coffe shops, the usual weekend rides etc etc then finally I got myself my first DSLR a 350D couple of days back.Now just hoping to do justice to the capabilities of a DSLR!!!
Favourite Photographer: TO start off with, Have always loved work by Sunny and Kunal Khadse. Then on the international level its Easton Chang, Todd Jhonson and last but not the least talented Armin H. Ause Jo.
Here are some pics from my old cam. Hope to put up some new ones from the 350D as soon as I get myself some decent lens.;)
