Equipment used: Canon 450D and Canon 500D bodies

Lenses: Canon 10-22mm f3.5-5.6, Canon 70-200mm f4 L, Canon 50mm f1.8.

Software: Photoshop, Lightroom and Photomatix.

The 'soft focus' effect (which some people can call glow effect) is achieved in Lightroom by using the clarity slider.

Amazing shots Sunny. Loved all of them.

Did u use exposure bracketing or all are pseudo HDRs?
Are u shooting all RAW or some are JPG as well?
Also are u using noise ninja or the built in noise reduction in LR/Pshop?

I try everytime but never able to get effects like these in photomatix :-( ..

But I still want to see at least one non-HDR or least edited image in color. Not a SOOC but a natural looking shot will all basic corrections done.

Hmm As Usual Great compositions & while I like your experiments I did not like the artificial glow the colored pictures have, sorry boss I didn't like this PP.

Btw How did you shoot the 12th pic? Using a mini tripod/gorrialpod? That's brilliant composition, gives a feeling as if the camera was kept on/in water :)
