The first three photographs are superb. However, in the third photograph, I would have liked to have seen the lady carrying the load on her head closer up. It would have created more impact I feel.
A question... is the grain in the last photograph intentional?

The first three pictures are good but the halo around the sun is bit too much for my liking. Also in the first picture there is something black on the LHS which is an eyesore, you could have avoided that. Btw what time of the day did you clicked the first three pictures?
As Ken said the last one looks grainy:(.

This excess of halos around such bright objects is a price you have to pay at the current level of technology on digitisation I guess. You want to avoid the halo, you still have print film! :) No halos, no ghosts, nothing, just pure visual bliss! Still! :)

I agree but I think the halo effect increased while post processing the image.

Thanks guys
These pics were taken using my less than one month old(then) SX20IS
@ken- The first three have been taken in sunset mode & hence the effects. Frankly I was capturing only the sea/boat/sun/beach I was waiting for an instance where there would be nobody on the beach but that didnt happen.
No the noise was present & I need suggestions on how to reduce grains, the ISO was low so I am not sure, this happened with my recent sunset shots too. See this pic from same set

@MG - The halo is because of the mode, very less PP has been done. The black section was the changing room on beach, here is the original pic

@Aryan - Thanks buddy, these are from my P&S camera, will go the DSLR way once I hone my photography skills :)

My favourite is the second one!
TEchno, is that your Punto or did you ride your RTR?

Konkan Beautifully captured.....I guess the noise is the limitation of low-light capabilities of S20 IS...

Thanks & yes most of the low light conditions give you grainy pics in SX20 which I also believe is common in the bridge cameras.
Technocrat - Some nice pics thr...btw, whoz helmet(the one with the horns) is it ?? :p

That is a perfect shot. Really good exposure and full use of the morning light. The crop is killing it for me though - too wide. :)
Also nice catch with the dolphins(?).

LOL Nav as if you dont know whose Punto it is :p
@Manas - Thanks Dude, yes this pic came out really well :)
As for crop its hardly cropped only the edges are, any more would have damaged the overall capture :)
Yes they are dolphins :)

Wohi toh! I feel feel a taller photo would be more natural looking than this wide aspect ratio one. But that's me :)
