Are my photos so bad that no one wants to say anything? :D
@Krishna Aditya - Shot 6-I really like it, would have been better without the wires :(...Shot 7-Not sharp enough...Shot 8-Some PP will make it a lot better, maybe selective colouring...

thank you, i had no choice actually, it was raining cats and dogs, shooting from that place was my only option, i also had to make sure my cam din't get wet. :)
but next time i get a chance i will be more prepared and select my place.
i will try to do some pp on the photo you pointed out.
By the way i am a newbee to photography i am not entirely comfortable with the jargans :D.

I liked the 3rd pic, it would have been a great pic if that guy was not present in the frame. I liked the Lightning pic too, whats the exif on that one?
Others are common pics & probably thats why people are not replying e.g. the first one has come out well but it looks pointless as in one cant see what you are trying to show them.

Krishna Adithya, welcome to thephotographer.
Since U have asked for critique....My opinion is they are nice pic. called record shots....
Its a learning curve and only experience and interaction will help you grow.
I am no expert either....But I can assure you that there are Brilliant guys in this forum who excel in different aspects of photography.
Have a nice stay and keep posting.
Regards
Surya.

i think i have a similar shot without him in the frame, i do not remember the exif on that but it was shot from canon A620.
For the 1st one i wanted to show how the bird was looking at the sun. How could i have captured that better?
Thank you surya for the comments. I love photos where just one part is color and the rest is b/w or the other way around. i am not sure whats it called in photography terms. I know it can be done in CS3 or 4 can i do the same in LR? I prefer LR as its light on my laptop.
Thank you all for your comments i am looking forward on learning more here.

Thanks for taking the comments sportingly :)
As for bird pic, it has come too dark to know which way its looking :p May be it would have looked better if the focus was on the bird or may be some other way round, thats the beauty of composition, depends on how you take it :)

for the first i like how the shot shows aiming for the sky.nice blur of the bird.
the second shot is relatively flat.
in the third i love how the symmetry is being formed by the jet exhaust.so this is my personal fav.
the lightning has also come out good.

Thank you Technocrat you are right about the composition. I actually i shot this photo with my live view mode focusing on the sun i wanted to get a silhouette of the bird, hence did not focus on it.
but for the next shot i wanted to focus on the bird, but it was too late.
i like the jet picture too.
thank you Anvancy.
If you get time please do check the other photos in my flickr.
thank you all.
