as a new entrant to the post processing concept an year ago(alright you can blame me for not having learnt much over the year;)).. one of the most fascinating things i found were saturation and vibrance. i little fluctuation of these levels can produce great effects.
let us see how different people use them!:)

what i like in the picture is the effect of bw along with a shade of fading color!!! :)

no one experiments with sauration and vibrance it seems.!!.
here is one more...(i feel it has become my personal thread:))
this pic may fool you by giving a hint of selective coloring but actually the only values altered are vibrance, saturation and contrast along with the crop...nothing else!!:D:eek::p

Yes. It does fool one to believe that this is selective colouring! I am surprised to say the least.

alteration of these values can create real good effects...try out...!!! experiments lead to inventions...:)
