Liked the 2nd shot of the guitar, 3rd shot as well. Shot5 of the rainbow is beautiful, shot 6 of Pangong (I assume it is Pangong) looks nice too, shot7 with the bulldozer is interesting but not impressive. Rest of them I find run of the mill!

The guitar pic is nice... conveys the mood very well. Also has nice pastels... Gives a nostalgic feel!
the first one is high staturation and contrast with low sharpness. so cant really comment.
The man couldve been shot with more of the sheep on the right. Right now the focus isnt only any one single thing.
And the parrot's texture of the head has come over very well. How about a potrait crop?

thanx for those detailed analysis :)
the crop idea is really good!
about the pic of the shepherd...i would like to express my view.
i couldnt select the compositon myself:(...it was spontanous. afterwards i liked the expression(and thats the taste of the pic to me) but the rear was all crowded(apart from the sheep). in the colored version, the man was not even going as the main subject. couldnt blurr the background bcoz of sheep:( so tried out this idea of b&w!!
what i have tried is to get the focus on the expression maintaining that he is a shepherd...tried to crop more but then the sheep get slaughtered keeping the pic in standard dimensions.

hmmm....
unless you can get the shepherd with the sheep back again in front of your cam... the selective desat works well :)
