Yessir. Another debate thread :)
Let me lay it out. Each one has their good/bad methodology but the "mine is bigger than yours" mentality is there!
There are several respected ones:
DPReview (most reviews today say almost all give comparable output - what an insight!)
DxOMark (though it seems to favor Nikon in some way!)
Camera Labs
Which is your fav? and why?
Just added a poll.

DxO mark is hardly a "Nikon-friendly" website. Every camera manufacturer out there uses DxO Labs' software to do their internal testing, so the scores they have on there are pretty much right on the money. Nikons are getting higher ranks right now coz they have better sensors (DxO tests sensor data and not complete bodies). WHen Canon comes up with an answer, they would be on top. It's that simple.
http://www.dxomark.com/index.php/eng/DxOMark-Sensor/Questions-Answers/General-questions#639 Should answer your doubts regarding bias in their findings.
Personally, I read all the sites because each test has some new snippet of info that may be absent from the others. DPReview by far does the most comprehensive reviews, followed by CameraLabs. The Photography Blog is a nice source for reviews too.

I went through the link above ,but please help me understand the difference between D3x and A900 ratings ,when they say they measure just sensors.
The D3X sensor is manufactured by Sony to Nikon's specifications. It's not the same sensor as the one on the A900.
