I find that some of them are not consistent as far as the colour saturation is concerned. I know that you are pretty good with PP. I am sure someone with your technical know how can easily take care of this.

I would have loved some candid photographs, as well as a few pictures with him smiling/ laughing. Those serious expressions from a child of his age scares me, really. :D
Overall, liked the shots. :)
P.S: The 70-200mm Nikkor comes as a 'kit' lens with which Nikon D-SLR? Is it the 70-200mm f2.8 VR?

regarding the lens, ya its a kit lense. comes as a package with D60 18-55mm and 70-200mm non VR lenses.
its having only manual focusing the cheapest lens you can get from nikkon i guess:p

Rio, IMHO you should have let kid do something which comes to him naturally and taken shots of him while at it. He looks too conscious of the camera.
I am not knowledged enough to comment on the technical aspects and that is best left to gurus like ken da, vicky etc.
Btw, which car is he posing by?

he was a child model 2-3 years before and worked for some international kids clothing brands like adam's and all but dont know what happened to him as he growed (nazar lag gaya:(). the park was full with kids playing all over may be that made him uncomfortable.
The car is Toyota FJ cruiser

Bingo! Looked like an FJ from the shape of the door and the color.
Wow, he used to model? Koi baat nahin, I guess you can try again and next time he will be more comfortable with your camera. I guess when he was younger he was naturally less conscious in front of the camera.

Great shots Rio!
However, I find the colors too saturated for my taste..
Secondly, when you're photographing shy kids who are too conscious to pose, the best alternative is to shoot candid!:)
#4 is my fav here:)

Some nice shots there Rio! :)
My fav would be #2.
#3 is too closely cropped for my taste. And agree with the others, some of the pics are a bit oversaturated. Anyway, considering the fact that you used a lens with which you couldn't autofocus, this is a good job! :)

Err Rio, which Nikkor 70-200 are you talking about?
AFAIK, Nikon doesn't make any 70-200 lens slower than f/2.8?
Or are you talking about this, the Nikkor 70-210 f/4-5.6D ?
