beginner

Hi guys, i am Aditya.I reside in delhi. I study in SPA( school of planning and architecture, Bhopal).I am pursuing my B.Arch. I started photography many years back. I had a RICOH and a YASHICA camera with me, but later i started taking pics with my mobile camera. One fine day i tried my brothers canon 450D. Man...it was fabulous. when i saw the pics i clicked i knew i could do better. I had a sony DSC H7 for some time too but gav it to my bro. now i have a brand new canon powershot A1000IS. I am very much liking the camera. Mostly i click automobiles but these days i am also trying my hands on different things such as nature and surroundings. I am basically into macro shots.

Its a pleasure to be a part of this forum and as i am a beginner in photography, i am sure i will learn many things from the members of this forum:)

Welcome Aditya. Nice to see someone who likes macro photography. You will find a few (me and Anvancy to be specific) who are wholly into macro! :D

Nothing much to say at the moment. Keep shooting, keep participating here, look up the threads, look at the works of the members here, check the galleries, look at the threads where a man named Vicky has been teaching PP techniques, put up thematically shot photographs in a new thread on photocritique, there is a LOT you can do. You have to take the onus on yourself to move through the site, look around, and as I said, shoot a lot.
