I was editing one of my photos and I came across a realization that how much the orientation of a photo affects the mood and meaning conveyed.
Landscape

The horse seems to be watching someone of the left of the picture which creates an element of mystery.
Portrait

This is the normal position of a horse, the head stooping down. Nothing extraordinary or mysterious about this.
As you see above, both are the same pictures with only a difference of 90 degree in their orientation but a world of difference in the mood.
So next time, pay a little more attention on the orientation of photos you click.
