Photo Critique Approved

This section says: Please note: This one is not for the faint hearted or the one looking for praises. Your photograph can get subjected to some serious criticism and your ego might go for a toss!

I would like to say that there is a first class effort going into your work. But... there is the inevitable "but" and here it comes... the first one is really nice as much as the last one is really NOT so!

Night shots may look good with AWB as they might turn out to be dramatic. But they might look even better if you do a Manual White Balance correction either on your camera or on PP if you shoot with RAW.

It would be nice if you could put in the EXIF.

Clearly you have a good eye at seeing patterns. The shots are good, maintaining acceptable noise, again please post the camera settings (with the camera model) used for the photos.

Nothing dramatic about either of the photos, specially if we compare to the firreworks photo of yours.

Praveen, the first pic is awesome! Especially loved the reflection of the lights and fountain in the water.
I would leave the critique to the experts.

Thanks sunny. Was using the Sony H10 and have given the EXIF above. Was playing around with different ISO settings and exposure time and picked these.
The fireworks was lucky timing of my being at the terrace of 9th floor and ppl fire those things from ground just out side of the building compound.

Thanks Shutterbug. Glad you liked it.
